And say what, their bar is close to the beach so habang nag su-sunbathing tagay lang ng tagay. They have very friendly and accommodating staff lalo na si ‘Manang’ yong head nila which toro guided me through room categories.

This is a full day ‘Fun Day at the shore’ taking pictures of people, making lait to the bf/gf’s na nag HHWNSBPSSP (Holding Hands While Naglalakad Sa Beach Pa-Sway-Sway Pa!) at around 6 we went back to our room, to make hada first, rest, hada, reast and hada ulit. Hahaha gettin’ ready to get drunk with June and Justin.

Actually when I was in Boracay - All I wanted to do is sukatin ng sukatin yong kama! Ganun ako ka-shogod? Recoup kaya no -  Kasi diba remember simula ng nag land yong sinasakyan kong sasakyang pang kalawakan sa Menila eh rumampa na ako ng husto na kala mo walang bukas. Oh well I just want to make that 2 weeks vacation worth while no. *Kaya ang lola - rumampa ng gusto - hada dito - hada doon - hada i$ everywhere in the Felepens!* And yesa, after drinking a few bottles of SanMig jinojontok na ang lola. Hehehe, iba na talaga pag nagiging lola tsk! Kaya yong ghettogether namin nila June during those nights eh after 3 drinks pack up na din bwehehehe… Malayo ang lakadin noh! *We used to tambay in Station 2 and 3 - asa 1 ang Sea wind, eh kung makisnap ako habang naglalakad sa buhanginan?* Di nasira na Kinaukasan ko?

Our room was at the back as in across the lobby as in tatawid ka ng street. Which is a good thing ayaw ko sa beachfront malamok, malangaw at maingay.

Buti na lang gutom na ako at talagang hilo na ako sa gutom so my guide took me to Andok’s for refreshments.

HAHAHAHA paano ba naman as in kalagitnaan ng flight, yong tipong kakapagpahinga-pahinga mo pa lang, biglang may magsasalita sa mic at may palaro with prizes *Kairita!* Parang nasa Wowowee (Read: Tangina ang cheapeanga!!!) But in fairview mas lalo atang maganda ang Wowowee ngayong wala na yong hayuf na bastos na si Willy… =)

Last May 21st after checking out at Shangri-La EDSA about 8am [Pucha, di pa man din check-out time noh!] Me and my dad went to our ancestral house to drop off and get some stuff to bring into Los Banos, Laguna [Reunion-reunionan with my dads relathieves...] I really don’t want to go, Curacha here want some rest too! Dahil I made some commitments already on the night of 21st noh! It was set up already 2 months before I left the US. But my fathermother insisted that we go!!! Baka naman daw sabihin ‘were so isnob sa personal.’ Diba nga kasi nag rent sila ng private pool… Puta hindi ko man lang na enjoy! Kasi nga I have to leave early. I was begging them not to make it the 21st of May, I asked them to make it a day before May 21 - eh

On the way to the JAM bus station… *Oh no, Curacha will take public transportation?* I loveeee the smell of Kalentong market hehehe - agang trapik!

It was a good thing that I was far away from Makati (The night before.) Kaya naman Curacha here ay medyo nakapahinga ng konti! I wasn’t really feeling good, dahil pagod-puyat-hang over-over sex at kung ano ano pa…

Lamayan Street. Sta.Ana, Manila. Ano ba lahat ng tao naka motorbike! *Maniningil ng pautang?*

So there we was sitting and hoping there would be no traffic sa skyway na talaga namang pinagkagastahan ng milyones ng mamayang Pilipino lol.

It was a bit congested in Alabang, but after that it was okay…

And still have to take another jeepney ride to go to pansol.

And then just before we say ‘Boss sa tabi lang’ the rain poured… Ekkkkkk, baka dumali ako!

There was our ride! Just one tix away, anjan agad!

I just said HI and Bye to my dad relathieves… As in we have to leave asap din no, to avoid traffic.

Actually I told my dad that he can stay there with his relathieves and no need to sama to me sa pagbalik ng Manila. He doesn’t want to. I insist, kasi naman noh baka atakihin sa puso sa sobrang pagod yong matanda lol.

Just after having lunch sa pansol and having a little bit kwento, we went back to Manila. But I am not leaving Laguna without pasalubong for my peeps in the US. So there I was buying and making tawad sa Colettes pasalubong. *Panis na by the time paguwi ko sa Jameirika! Kasi naman I did extend my stay for another week diba? Bitin eh!*

Ohhhhh crabs! But ekkkk I must contain myself, for later in the evening I know that we’ll have seafood.

I was like a bubble head all the way from Laguna back to Manila… Tulog ang lola at walang paki kung mukang bubble head sa loob ng bus. I know right, talagang jontok na jontok ako and somebody wants to sit beside me in Bicutan *Nakakaistorbo! Daming bakanteng upuan, ako pa tatabihan? Leche!* Ako nga ng lumifat HMFTTTT *Suplada mode*

Derechong Sommerset Olympia na ako. (It was alright, masyadong secluded! Heheh, nadidiliman ako - nasisikipan ako sa view sa bintana pucha!)

I was in a little bit rush it was almost 6pm and I still have to pick up her royalness ka-chuvahan sa Valero St. where he was staying… Dahil nga we have to be in Libis at 7pm to meet the royal bloggers for the pers tym. *May kotse ba ako at ako pa pi-pick up sa kanya? Hahaha pinik-up ko sya ng taxi!!!* At sabay kaming pumunta sa Libis dala-dala ang aming mga relief goods na pasalubong. Hahaha…

It was like a 3 hours drive from Makati Ave to Valero St. in Makati too mind y’all - all the way to Libis syet ang traffic and whenever I looked at our cabs meter

eh kinakabahan ako!!! *Naloloka ako kaka-convert kung magkano yon sa Dinars lol* Puta kada at kambyo ata ni manong eh nadadagagan ang babayaran namin lol… And you know I am running out of peso let alone Dinars! Binigyan pa namin ng tipanyang 150php ang mama dahil sobrang traffic tapos malalaman namin na from Makati to Libis kahit gaano ka-traffic eh mga 150php lang the most na babayadan mo! Puta ka manong napaka mandurugas mong hudas ka! Ang tanda-tanda mo na nadudugas ka pang walaghiya ka!

I am not saying it’s fanget! *Don’t put words into my mouth!* It is nice, clean it’s within walking distance of two major shopping centers Shangri-la Plaza and Mega Mall and it’s just steps from

MRT and EDSA. But tsk - I gots spoiled at Sofitel eh bwahahah! *Footah ang taas ng standards! Of course! Nakatikim eh. Hahahah…*

My room was quite small and the lighting wasn’t that good!!! *Hindi ba sapat ang binayad ko???* There were fruits in the room *YUM* The bathroom amenities were OK. The bathroom itself was OK too but for a 5-star hotel as they classify their property, well they should have had a stand-alone shower not just one over the bath noh!

Even my room wasn’t that fantabolous I had a very good night sleep (Ikaw na ang lumagare from May 14 til May 19 like Curacha na walang pahinga?) Wouldn’t you have a good night sleep too by May 20? Hehehe… [Ang lola nyo na ang umaayaw sa gimmick!] Remember I am in the middle of Ortigas and my friends were all in Makati so talagang no were to be found ang ateng at that time!

I will be posting my trip to Boracay and Dos Palmas soon… Of course kelangan in order diba?

Sofitel Philippine Plaza is one of Manila’s best hotel. *Two thumbs up!* I could say that my overall stay at the hotel was incredible, ahhh lovely. The service was good and the staff was very good as well. (Friendly and very courteous.) As in they always say *Mam - Sir!* Honestly I hate it when somebody calls me Mam - Hindi ako sanay kasi ako’y isang SER bwahahah… Let’s put it this way… Everywhere I go in the Philippines I hear that… *Natutulok na tenga ko! GrrRrrrrrRrrrRrr.*

(Friends: Tina and Sunyi, and moi was busy at that time — Nagpapaganda, kasi rarampa daw sa Malate! Hindi nakasama ang Chuva, masakit daw ang chaney-ney nya… Paano ba naman, kinain ata pati WETER! If I know! Lumipad magisa yan papunta sa BIG POPPA sa Baclaran bwahahah… )

The room that I had was a Superior - very spacious (All my relathieves can actually fit in the room!), has a

view of the pool and Manila Bay (Oha!)

and a very HUGE bed — pagulong-gulong kamo ako sa kama *SARAPPPPPP* Wala namang kasiping *Kainis~~~Asar* *Hindi totoo ang chismacks na inuwi ko jan yong ‘anak ng sikat na RockStarrr daw’* Pawang kasinungalingan yon!!! Hahaha…

The restaurant ‘SPIRAL’

has the best buffet selection attttt I have my own coffee press sa aking table!

compared to ALL the hotels that I have stayed in Manila. The lobby is so posh, the executive club room is wonderful (That is if you was staying in much higher room category, you gets to “tambay” here - Where there is unlimited internet use, plethora of beverage and you gets to eat your breakfast at the said “club room” as well. Too bad, I cannot afford an upgrade! Lols…)

The only “complaints” that I have is that… There is no WI-FI connection at my room! [Oh well. actually all the hotels that I have stayed in doesn't offer WI-FI in the room. There is a broadband cable for internet, but seems it's not working (PUCHA!) aside from Finlandia Suites, now Herald Suites Solana who was the only hotel that offers WI-Fi.] And if I wanted to have a WI-FI while I am at the lobby (Sofitel) I have to buy a prepaid card for whooping 500php for 30 minutes. *Ano yon, ginto?*

I was busy the whole time I was in Manila, so I didn’t get the chance to really explore the pool

that is wonderful [View from my room...], but my relathieves did. *Magsuklay nga wala akong panahon. Mag swimming pa?*

Overall, I am satisfied. Will definitely stay with them, [I love their bathroom! So nice! Let alone the bathroom amenities bwahaha, bwakanawhich I nakaw! Infairview, sa Sofitel lang at Peninsula lang ako nag-nenok ng bath amenities. Buaaaa!] If I happen to be in town and of course I highly recommend it to my friends!

Ayan ang prueba na hindi ako sa kung saang 1 o 2 starrrss na motmot jan sa Pasay naglagi. LOL!

Hays sighs… Sorry to update after a week! *Your Ate is busy! Hardly working, este working hard “daw”*

While I was checked in Dusit Thani (I never enjoyed my 5 star accommodation, not their not so 5 star! But I was always out GrrrrRRrrrrRR!!!) my ride picked me up around 11pm para daw mag Malate, saan? Sa Library! *Pootah di pa man din nagiinit ang bangkay sa hotel, ayan may lakad na.* Wala talagang pahinga si Curacha while summering in Pinas!

I was picked up at the lobby and as soon as I sat my brother asked me… O asan na ang back pack mo? Tangina! Hahahaha, kasi nga diba kahit saan pumunta lola eh nakasukbit ang back pack sa likod ko. Eh yon ang brief sa akin ni Doring - wag kang tatanga-tanga, bantayan mo lagi mga gamit mo! Kaya naman ako, ayun laging yakap ang bag ko. Hehehehe…

So there we was, at The Library!

It’s not your usual library, I tell yah! This library are full of trannies and the like hahaha! It is indeed the nosiest library I have been to!!!

It is a comedy bar/restaurant and karaoke in one. O diba?

I hate smoking inside the clubs! *Nasusulasok ko sa sariling kong usok!* So everytime am going to smoke, I go outside! And there I saw - nakita ko sa tabi ng library ang isang lesbian club “daw” I forgot the name, di sya ka-remember-remember! *OMG, may mga tibo pa sa club? Hindi sila umuwi ng maaga para mag cross-stitch? HAHAHA* Out of curiosity I went in, footah ikaw kaya marinig mo mga hagikgikan ng mga tibo doon? At makita mo silang nag-bo-body shots? Hindi ka ba papasok? Hehehe…
Cover to get in is 250.00 that includes a Screw driver *Na, parang sunny orange juice ko! and a Jägermeister. I stayed like 15 mins and in that 15 mins I had 5 screw driver and a jägermeister hehehe, pootah malay ko bang *You don’t give tips sa mga bartenders sa Pinas? Hahaha…* So everytime I gave that lesbione bartenter eh she gives me drink o diba - Sa loob ko… Grabeh ang mixed drink sa Pinas, it’s like mixed water and juice! Walang LAAAAASSSSAAAA. Kaya naman sabi ko Kosa, baka naman pwede mong tapang-tapaangan? *Bait naman nitong tibo na to, kahit hindi kagwapuhan pwede na din bwahahahahah!!! Truth!* (Hindi ako ganun kasama kagaya ng iniisip nyong lahat, I know how to appreciate naman noh!)

After that 15 minute fame on that lesbian bar, went back inside library. Then to Hap Chan… After eating we decided to call it a nite… But not for meeeeeeeeeeeeeee! Hahaha, Kasi while near Cafe Adriatico, I told them na iwan na ako, uuwi ako magisa… (I want to drink moreeeee and just be with myself for a moment! Spontaneous daw ako eh.) So there I was, ALONE in Malate… Looking for some place to hangout. I went inside fasionista, pero lumabas din ako… Di ko feel. I would love to go back sa lesbian club near library but I was afraid sa mga Kosa bwahaha, baka mapagtripan ba ako? So I found myself drinking at Bedrock okay naman sya they have a live band no. And the freeaking waiters were asking me, why am I by myself… At biglang kabig, gusto mong may makusap? ME: Hmmmpt - Huh? Okay lang… So iti-nable nila sa akin yong anak ng isang sikat na Rakista na kamuka ni KAMATAYAN… Knows nyo sya? Of course, kinausap ko naman… Baka sabihin nya eh sa TV pakaway-kaway ako tapos sa personal eh suplada pala ako! I don’t want write-ups like that… HAHAHAHA… Happens to be — Kauri rin si pootah. At kilala sya ng mga waiter. Kaya inaya sa akin.

WALANG DATING! As I always say, wala akong nakitang maganda sa Pinas! *BOW* Not that I am looking and what to fish diva? Pero wala talaga akong nakitang makalaglag bra. Hahaha… WALA-NADA as in. O di kaya? Masyado lang mataas lang ang aking qualifications?

I stayed at Intercontinental Hotel and in Dusit Thani Hotel in Makati City during my first 4 days in Pinas. It was all good! Walang ifis at daga hehehe… Both Intercon and Dusit hotels have great location in the crowded Makati business area. (Points of interest: Greenbelt, Ayala, Glorietta — etc…)

Both hotels have shower in a tub with hot water running 24/7 *Footah, kalokohan naman siguro kung wala no?* granite countertop and was well stocked with clean towels and bath necessities.

Intercon and Dusit has almost the same features in my hotel room, A flat screen TV, WI-FI access for a minimal fee, a mini-bar *Whoa! This I likey-likey!* and a safe.

My room in both hotels was indeed very clean and just sufficiently large for 2 people. There were no noise. I slept quite well during my jetlag/lasenga moments!

Compliments of the hotel? Ano kayang hotel? Hmmmm… Bribe?

Walang araw na hindi ako lasing sa Manila…

Ako na nga nasuko! *Young really started drinking in a very early age! As in early, para bang may nakadikit na akong bote ng beer, pagkapanganak pa lang sa akin lol!*

My relathieves wanted to see me as soon as possible as in after ng aking pagdating! Di kaya may jetlag pa akong malala noon? I didn’t make it! The morning after. Instead I re-scheduled it during my 2nd day
in Manila. I went to Alabang to visit my dad’s siblings then went to duty free in Paranaque.

May panic buying ng paper towels? Tsk, but how come there were no napkins at the malls restroom? I am not talking about Manuela o Ever Gotosco ha Grrrrr… Makati moles ito! [TIP: If you has no toilet paper and you was in a mall and was suddenly feeling an accident, make sure you always keep 20 peso BILLS in your pocket all the TIME!] Y’all will understand me in a later time and will be truly thankful for this friendly advice! Hahaha.

Going to duty free is the worst time of my life during this jetlag/hung over moment! I just checked out from Intercon and from Intercon we went straight ahead in Alabang and then to duty free - I had my 2 luggage (inside the car) with me and my back pack (it’s steadily fak in my back!) My relathieves are non-stoppable shopaholics! For 5 hours we was in duty free and the thing is whenever they need to pay I need to be with them and sign something. *Nak ng footangena!* I didn’t know that… So to make a long story short? I was in duty free for 5 hours and as well as my back pack, which has my camera, my notebook, 2 lens and some kalandian stuff. [I can actually leave my bag inside the car (there's no more room in the compartment!) But I don't want to take any chances!!!] Cause a year or 2 maybe my brother has half his kabuhayan in his car, and somebody smashed the cars window and got away with his things - money worth 200K pesos and some of his things. *Okay lang magkandakuba, wag lang manakawan lol…*

It was quite a bummer on the way home…

Pagoda tragedy ang lola ng tunay, but then that did not stop me from any gimmick that same night. Mahirap tumangi sa mga nagyaya. Hahaha, lalo na kung ito’y liberty!

It’s like I am inside a can of sardines ligo it is hahaha, the flight from east all the way to Pinas was full, and I mean full, kulang na lang kalong at sabit!

Had almost 2 hours of lay over in Japan, but before any passenger was allowed to get off, we was quarantined first. And by the time we was about to take the flight from Japan to Manila all was left was like 45 mins. Pucha! I was like Lydia de Vega - I was running like crazy, I don’t want to be stranded in Japan! NO! *Wala ako Lapad! And I was thirsty, para akong cactus na uhaw na uhaw!*

The lines at the security was full of people. All of them are Filipinos as in. *Asa Pilipinas na ba ako?*

Ang layo ng tanaw mo koya ah?

*Gusto kong basagin yong vending machine!* I stayed calmed still… Mahirap na - hindi ko to territoryo hehehe…

Finally!

Am in Pinas! It was almost 1 o’clock in the morning by the time I finished everything. *Madali lang sa immigration. Sa customs hmmm medyo hmmm wag na lang, kasi baka ma block list pa ako lol.* I told the lady in customs that I don’t have anything to declare, but still she was asking me *Ano dala mo?* Bakit ba ang usisera mo ate? Gusto nya ata ibigay ko ang breakdown ko ang dala ko. [Years ago, bata pa ako with my mom... We was interrogated and a bit harassed by the PI customs, malay ko kung anong kontrabando ang dala ng nanay ko lol. And that really was stucked in my mind. Nakakatakot. Malay ko ba kung may implant sa bagahe ko no? *Praning mode*]

So, anyways - muntik na ako at ang mga bagahe ko magpagulong-gulong pababa sa mismong sunduan hahaha punyeta nobody told me na para palang entrada ng Philippine festival ang tarik na dadaanan ko! Leche! *Hmmm, I soon as I got jan sa sunduan, syet - I smell something, it’s like… Burak, footah!*

Nanlalagkit ako. *Ayaw ko sa masikip, ayaw ko sa madilim at lalong ayaw ko sa mabaho!* But of course gumimick muna ako kahit pagoda na akong tunay bago pa man mag-check-in sa Intercon “daw”

Fresh fruits were waiting for me. O diba? *Puno yang plato, nilafang ko na yong mga gusto ko!* Like mangoesteen and lychee. Nagka lychee-lychee ako naka 6 bottles ata ako ng San Mig light hahaha light daw! (Only 100 calories na lang!)

Sa mga ganitong pagkakataon at weekend pa ay talagang hindi ko pinalalagpas, so I woke up really early (Hehehe, sa weekend hindi ako mahirap/tamad bumangon. Our trip started in the heart of South Philadelphia (Sunduan daw. Ekkk as in para kaming school bus, pucha! Sinundo namin si Celia Rodriguez/Belia Flores ng butsi gang tehehe…) Then hindi pa doon natapos ang pagiging school bus driver ni ChuvaChienes at ang aking pagiging pahinante, dahil si Joey naman daw ang susunduin sa

kanyang bahay/restaurant nya.

*Saan sa Lansdowne? O sa West Philly?* (You see ito ang bahay ni Joey, ang tiyaga nyan! Kung makikita nyo yan noon hindi ganyan ichura nyan. Talaga naman tinabaho ng lola ninyo nang husto ang mansyon na ito.)

Sa West Philly daw ekkkkkkkkkkk, sandaliiiiiiiiiiiiiiii asan na ba yong bakal ko na vest???????

GrrrrrRrrrRRrrrRrrrr… You see sa West Philly madaming murang bahay as in yong mga foreclosure murang-mura, like $40K nga ibenebenta yang nasa likod ni Joey eh…

sa katunayan gusto ko na ngang bilihin yong katabing bahay ni Joey eh para magkapit bahay kami? *At para makikikain na lang ako sa restoran nya. By the time makapasyal-pasyal/lakad-lakad kami eh tunubuan na ako ng tulya sa leeg ko. Dahil pawis steering po ang mga lola ninyo, hirap mag park ng parallel arggggg kaya nga ayaw ko tumira sa city, bukod sa wala akong pambayad ng renta na $1600 a month plus utilities no eh hirap pa parking saan ko naman isasaksak ang aking BM jan? Eh kung mabanga? Tangina BMx na nga lang eh masasangi pa lol. *Saklap!*

Pucha ang layo, ipasok mo sabay kabig sa kanan!

Our first stop? Rodin museum, dahil ang mga lola ko eh wala daw pichurakas sa nasabing the thinker ni Auguste Rodin…

Sarado na ang museum, it’s late na noh. That is the gates of hell o diba? Like mo?

Hmmm may resemblance! *Shout came from the background!* [Parehas kayo mukang bato] Bwahahah, oi Bugs hindi ako nagsabi noon!

Footangena talaga, pati si the thinker minomolesya mo! [Shut ni Bugs to, since artiste din naman daw sya bwheheheh...]

Next stop? Philadelphia art museum wheeeee… (Baka molestiyahin pa ni Bugs si The Thinker hehehe…) But before heading to art museum sa Eakins Oval muna for pichurakas…
