In search of the beach…
I was so bored [unemployed] the other day, I decided to take a walk in Sheridan Rd., in search of the sand and beach! [towards North - Uptown] (I have heard alot of great things about “the lake”)
I saw these boats and in my mind was (maybe the sand is just somewhere around here, hiding!) I saw a sand but it didn’t look like a beach to me (near Roscoe St.) I miss mag boating (boating-tingan?) hahaha…
Define beach/shore? A beach/shore to me is about a plethora of sand and endless view of women in bikinis lol! (Adik!!!) The one that I saw is not a beach! It has not even a quarter mile of sand and the only ones who where there is a shirtless guy and his 2 dalmatians playing! Uhg.
I asked around… Somebody told me that it is about 2 miles away… I don’t mind walking!
Anyways this blog is walk with young - I would not call my blog walk with young if young cannot walk! I was walking for 45 minutes already and still no sight of women in bikini and sand (I am quiet getting scared…
I dunno where I am, there is water and boats around but still no sand in sight!) I asked around and somebody told me that I have to walk/cross through the grassy field…
Then I saw this… NICE! But - Ekkkkkkkkkkk wait, may anomalya!
I did not walk for almost an hour just for this! I am not in search for a perfect tahong no!
And this one too! THUNDERS kung THUNDERS ang labanan… Lupa sa lupa bwehehehe… (Demi istatue?)
Ashes to ashes - Dust to dust…
After 10 minutes, I left already! [Pucha matagal pa nilakad ko kesa inistay ko... Panay aso no... I did not walk for 45 minutes just to see dawgs uhg...]
I don’t know how to get back at Broadway…
I just walk under this tunnel… (In Sheridan and somewhere in Montrose - Ugh…)
Nice no? I love brick houses, reminds me of Washington DC.
I love walking, I get to see alot of interesting sights… (Maybe this could be my next house! Hahaha, open house daw twing Lingo! Hmmm buti na lang I am not free on Sundays kung hindi eh eeerrrggg.)
Gusto ko talaga yung bahay na madaming bintana, para tipid sa kuryente? LOLS!
I just kept on walking…
Then I finally saw this… I know I am safe, from being gay-bashed hehehe (Somewhere along Broadway and Halsted?)
My feet and my legs hurt… And I am so thirsty my gulay!

Ay naku, malapit ka na sa bahay ko!

Paano naman, you were on the dog beach sa may Roscoe. Para sa aso lang ‘yun. The better beaches are in Hollywood/Thorndale, mas north pa where you were. Take the 147 bus North, o kaya sa Oak St. sa may downtown. Pero malamig na ngayon.

Ay mismo as in dog beach park nakakainis…
